Campaign templates
Save your standard campaign once, create it for any product in one click, and get it proposed for every new product.
A template is your standard Sponsored Products set-up, saved once. Apply it to any product and Gloriads creates the campaigns again, with that product in them. Open Toolkit → Campaign templates.
Create a template
Start from one of four:

| From one of your campaigns | A copy of an existing campaign's settings, keywords and targets. Gloriads only reads it on Amazon. |
Then set what you need:
- Campaigns per product — one set of campaigns for each product, or one set for all the products you pick.
- Names — patterns such as
{product} - SP {label}. The tokens{product},{asin},{sku},{marketplace},{date},{template}and{label}are replaced at each run. The campaign name must contain{product},{asin}or{sku}, or every product's campaign gets the same name. - Budget and bids — daily budget, default bid, bidding strategy, and placement adjustments (top of search, product pages, rest of search).
- Auto-targeting groups — the bid of Close match, Loose match, Substitutes and Complements, or pause one.
- Keywords, product targets and negatives — one per line, with an optional bid after a comma.
- Portfolio — optional: the campaigns go into the portfolio of that name.
Apply a template
- Click Use on a template, pick the marketplace and the products.
- Adjust the budget, bid or portfolio for this run if you want.
- Check the preview. It flags a campaign name Amazon already has (that campaign is left as it is) and any amount outside Amazon's limits in that marketplace.
- Click Approve and create. Campaigns are created paused, with their ads and targets ready inside, unless you switch on Create the campaigns enabled.

New product automation
Turn on Propose this template for every new product and pick the marketplaces to watch. Once a day, Gloriads looks at your catalog there. When a product appears that can be advertised, you get a notification that opens this template already applied to it.
It only proposes: nothing is created until you approve. Products you had before you turned it on are not proposed.
